Representing clients in all Maine courts and before administrative hearing boards, our litigation services range from complex business and civil matters to personal injury and family law.

Tax and Estate Planning and Probate
OLMP provides services from simple wills to complex estate and tax planning, including living and testamentary trusts, lifetime transfers, retirement planning and family business succession planning for Maine and Florida residents. Bill Lee provides dual-jurisdiction Maine-Florida representation, allowing clients coming from or going to Florida to maintain a relationship with a Maine firm.
