Our principal real estate processor, Gisele started her career in the banking industry as a loan department supervisor and in positions as a consumer loan officer and commercial loan assistant. Since 1999, she has worked as a residential and commercial real estate processor and legal assistant in the Augusta market. Joining O'Donnell Lee in 2011, she brings her reputation for friendly and organized service to our real estate team.

Gisele resides in Augusta with her husband. She has two adult children, enjoys walking, and is an avid Red Sox fan.

Stephanie graduated from KVTC’s legal secretarial program in 1989 and has worked with Tim O’Donnell ever since. Her diligence and experience are of great assistance to the many business and corporate clients of the office.

Steph resides in Winslow with her husband, Bernie, and daughter, Hannah.

Deb primarily works with Tom McCowan as part of the real estate team, but also assists with litigation and estate planning matters. Deb works half the year in the office in Maine and half the year remotely from Florida. Her patience, attention to detail, and persistence are applied to resolving the many follow-up matters and special projects that emerge from real estate practice.

Born in Skowhegan, and raised in Madison, Deb lives in Anson with her husband, Roland, and they have one adult daughter. Deb enjoys vacationing in the West.

Sue has been working in the legal profession with Tim O'Donnell since 1977. Our clients know her well for her speed, attention to detail, and friendly ways. Sue supports the real estate department, as well as assisting Tim with a variety of matters.

Born in Skowhegan, Sue resides in Norridgewock. She has one son and three grandchildren. Sue enjoys her flower beds and day-tripping in our beautiful state. She also has an uncanny winning streak at Business-After-Hours drawings.

Nicki is our formally trained paralegal, having graduated from the University of New Haven in 2007 with a double-B.S. in Legal Studies and Criminal Justice, and a Paralegal Certificate. Her exceptional skills are dedicated to assisting Mike Phillips with business law and commercial real estate and supporting the real estate department.

Born in Winslow, Nicki now resides in Bangor. She enjoys camping, skiing, dancing, day-tripping and travelling in her free time.

Jean resides in Waterville with her son, Tommy, and is Executive Director of the Waterville Woman's Club.
