Our clients come to know the staff well because of their friendliness and genuine concern for our clients' affairs. Serving variously as receptionists, secretaries, paralegals, notaries, and confidants for our clients, they are always available to help.
Stephanie Doble

        Stephanie graduated from KVTC's legal secretarial program in 1989 and has worked with Tim O'Donnell ever since. Her diligence and experience are of great assistance to the many business and corporate clients of the office.  Stephanie's skills are dedicated to estate planning, probate, and business/corporate administration.

        Steph and her husband, Bernie, enjoy spending time with their adult daughter at their lakeside camp.

Deborah Douglas

        Deb supports the real estate department as the title file opener, deed drafter, and general troubleshooter.  Her patience, attention to detail, and persistence are applied to resolving the many follow-up matters and special projects that emerge from real estate practice.

        Deb enjoys visiting her daughter out West and spending time with her husband.
        Margo joined the Firm as a litigation, estate planning and probate paralegal in August, 2022.  She had 3 years prior experience with a Waterville law firm.

Deborah Hilton

      Deb began work at O'Donnell Lee in February of 2020 as our full-time receptionist.  She handles phone calls and clients calmly and professionally.  Deb's willingness to help out in all areas makes her a valuable resource in the Firm.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy, Massachusetts.

      Deb enjoys hanging out on her brother's goat farm.  She also enjoys painting, crocheting, and spending time with family in New Jersey and Massachusetts.



Karen Markowitz

        Karen joined our real estate team in October, 2017 as part of our merger with Butler Whittier, LLC.  She has been working in Maine as a real estate closing processor for over 16 years.   Karen graduated from Indian River Community College in Florida with an Associate in Science Degree in Legal Assisting, summa cum laude, and became a Paralegal in 1993.  She has worked as a legal assistant/paralegal for over thirty years and has experience in several areas of law including civil litigation, estate planning and real estate.

In free time, Karen loves to spend time with her family and explore the Maine coastline looking for the perfect ocean view.   Some of her favorite getaways include Bar Harbor, Kennebunkport and Camden.  Karen is also a huge animal lover and is always on the lookout for Maine wildlife while exploring the local nature trails.  




Natasha Morong

      Natasha joined our real estate division as a Real Estate Processor in September 2019.  Shortly thereafter, she completed a Bachelor's Degree in Paralegal Studies at Husson University in 2020.  During her college studies, Natasha worked in a several law firms in Bangor, Orono, and Belfast.  Natasha has experience in several areas of law including civil litigation, estate planning, corporate, and real estate.   Her skills, creativity, and attention to detail are dedicated to making real estate closings smooth and accurate for our clients.

      Natasha resides with her significant other, his daughter, and her dog, Chase.  She loves spending time with her family and enjoying the great outdoors while raking blueberries in her back yard in the summertime.
 




        Anne received her Associates Degree in Legal Technology and Paralegal Studies from the University of Maine, Bangor, in 2007, and worked with a Portland law firm for 5 years.  Particularly experienced in the fields of corporate law, business transactions, probate and real estate law, she joined O'Donnell Lee in 2012 and supports Mike Phillips and Tim O'Donnell in these same areas of practice.

        Anne is excited to be working back in Waterville where she grew up.  She enjoys  camping, hiking, fishing and snowshoeing with her husband and children in Maine's wide outdoors.

        Ashley joined our real estate team as a Real Estate Processor in June, 2022.  She has over 12 years experience as a title abstractor and real estate closing processor.

Trisha Rossignol

        With an Associate's Degree in Legal Secretarial Science, Trish worked since 1989 in Augusta area law firms, the District Attorney's Office, and the Administrative Office of the Courts before joining O'Donnell Lee in 2013. She employs her versatile administrative skills supporting the litigation, estate planning, and probate practices of both Bill Lee and Bryan Ward. 

        Trish enjoys spending her free time with her husband and grown children, camping, hiking, crafting, and watching sports. 

 

Constance Wynne

      Connie became the Firm's bookkeeper in 2020.  She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maine at Orono, and continued course work at Syracuse University and Husson College. Connie's background includes bookkeeping for both established and start-up corporations and non-profits.  She is a believer in "love what you do, do what you love" and feels very fortunate to be here at O'Donnell, Lee. 
     
      Connie grew up in Minnesota and Massachusetts, moving to Maine for college. She also spent 13 years living in Montana, alternating bookkeeping with working at equine facilities and a ranch.  She volunteered at Therapeutic Riding Programs and the Humane Society. Having spent many years riding horses while growing up, Connie attended schools in Virginia and Colorado to become an Equine Massage Therapist.

      In Maine, Connie spends more time with canines, and has a rescue dog who stays with her when she is not at work.  She enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, biking, and swimming, and indoors with crafts and home projects.
